Front Desk ReceptionistExperience is preferred, but not required. The responsibilities of our front office receptionist include answering phone lines. Scheduling appointments, taking accurate medical notes and messages to relay to clients and doctors require intense attention to detail. Specific instructions clearly dictated, reviewing and updating medical records, building relationships with clients, and communicating with all staff members. Learning and understanding medical lab tests, results, vaccines, medications to explain to clients. Team members must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Members must be dependable, able to work flexible hours, energetic and self motivated. Must possess strong communication skills, be able to build positive and professional
relationships with clients and other staff members. |
Veterinary Assistant:
In hiring Veterinary Assistants, experience is appreciated but not required. Full description of position attached to application. Brief description includes assisting the doctors with exams, x-rays, bloodwork, medications and surgeries. Physical requirements include up to 10 hours of standing and lifting up to 50lbs. Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments, Taking accurate medical notes and messages to relay to clients
- Reviewing and updating medical records, building relationships with clients
- Communicating with all staff members
- Learning and understanding medical lab tests, results, vaccines and medications to explain to clients
- Dependable and able to work flexible hours, energetic and self motivated
- Possesses strong communication skills
- Multitasking is essential
Again, experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- The responsibilities of veterinary assistants will be helping doctors with physical examinations, dispensing medications, outpatient/exam room processing, pharmacy duties, radiographs, surgical assistance, provide nursing and comfort care, perform treatments, monitoring of hospitalized patients, laboratory diagnostic tests, restocking, cleaning and maintenance of their work areas.
- Responsibilities may also include assisting the receptionists when needed.
- Job requirements include being able to work in inclement weather conditions, lift and carry a 50 pound animal, must have the ability to multi-task, work in a fast pace and limited space environment, must be able to stand for up to 10 hours.
- Weekend (Saturdays only) and holiday work will be needed.
- Team members must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

- Must possess strong communication skills, be able to build positive and professional relationships with clients and other staff members.
